Clerk
The clerk shall preside when the president is not present at a meeting of the Board, in an emergency situation, and shall serve for the duration of such absence. He/she shall attest to reports and documents requiring the signature of the clerk and shall carry out such other responsibilities as the president may assign from time to time.
